5 Simple Steps to Losing Weight

 

Find out how to stop the frenzy and start losing weight consistently by following these five easy steps. Build your accountability team and gain a complete understanding of the route you intend to pursue.

You are aware of the benefits of losing weight if you are like the majority of us and carry about a few (I use that term loosely) excess pounds. It will lessen the strain on our hearts, lowering the risk of heart disease, cancer, and diabetes; making us feel better, and appear more attractive, among other benefits. 

There are 101 reasons why, but eventually losing weight might be difficult. You exert a lot of effort, make some progress, become distracted, and suddenly you are heavier than when you started.  

 

It's frustrating.  I've come up with 5 easy methods to lose weight and keep it off, so stop bothering with that. These procedures may be used for anything, however, we're concentrating on weight loss here.

All of your excess weight will now go without effort.  Oh, yeah! Five basic points won't cut it, so allow me to elaborate on each one and point out where the typical obstacle arises when it comes to weight loss. 

1. Be Clear on Your Goals

This is easy. The majority of people who wish to reduce weight have a notion of how many pounds they want to lose or how they want their bodies to appear. 


I believe it is reasonable to assume that even if you didn't have it meticulously planned out and detailed, you would recognize if your body began to take on the shape you wanted. 

2 . Recognize your location 

This is an important ascent. It is virtually always disregarded and is the main cause of the up-and-down effect we encounter when trying to lose weight. 

It hurts to zoom in and obtain a clear view of where we are because we don't like how our bodies appear or feel. Unfortunately, in order to appropriately assess the outcomes we are obtaining, we must first understand where we are. 


You're visiting San Diego, California, right now. Although you actually have no idea where you are, you would prefer to begin your journey in Phoenix, Arizona. No issue.  You obtain an Arizona/California map and discover that San Diego may be reached by taking Interstate 8 west for just six hours. 


You're still lost six hours later, and it's certainly not warm in San Diego.  You want to quit because you feel dejected.  Is the automobile to blame? The useless maps? Los Angeles? Yourself?


What if I told you that instead of Phoenix, Arizona, you were in New York City? You will never arrive in San Diego after a six-hour drive west from New York City.

You might have chosen the best route to San Diego and had a good idea of how long it would take if you had taken the time to precisely determine where you were.


The same applies to losing weight and our own physical health. We perceive our beginning physical condition to be different than it actually is in our imaginations. We become annoyed when the outcomes don't match our mental fantasies. 

3 . Monitor Your Progress 

Conceptually, this makes sense. How can we know what is working if we have no idea WHAT we are doing? Although it can be easy to do, it's also easy to avoid. Most people never actually keep track of their results.


4. Correct your course

Even though we may be masters of change, we have no idea what needs to change or even which way to go until we have a clear understanding of where we are starting from and a history of monitored results.

Why then do we fight against responsibility, your hidden weapon for losing weight?  Since it is effective!  You would follow through, or at the very least feel quite uncomfortable not following through, if you knew someone was going to be watching.


When utilized properly, accountability is the best turbo boost for weight reduction. You might as well benefit from it because you will be held accountable anyway.


You may have the physique of your dreams by being accountable up front. If you allow your body to act as a watchdog, it will put on fat where you don't want it.


The biggest barrier to losing weight is inaction. No matter how brilliant the strategy is, if you don't follow it, it is useless. What should I do now? 

First and foremost, take responsibility.
